To be honest I never even considered looking into something as fancy as this unit is. I don't think I should have to hit my AC unit every time I want it to be more quiet so I figured it was time for an upgrade. The issues with my previous unit were that it was very loud, it used up a lot of electricity as it was not energy efficient. Since I was already on the market for a new unit when I was selected for this Bzzcampaign I jumped in the opportunity.
My previous AC unit worked ok but I was looking to upgrade it. If you were on the fence about this product, seriously, this is a worthy investment. This machine has also managed to stay on practically constantly for three days now and it has not skipped a beat on being a awesome beast of a machine. I will also add how amazing it is that I can set a timer for it, what degree, what kind of fan level I want and if I want it to be cool, or dry etc and turns off when it reaches the temperature I decide for it to be at. Because of this air conditioner, I'm comfortably laying on my couch with a fuzzy blanket about to sleep soundly. It's now the end of the day, and the temperature has died down to 88 degrees. Gave me a great indication also as to how well it was working.
I also love that in the app I can tell what temperature my house is as well. Because outside felt impossible to breathe in with the severe heat and humidity. (Was 106 degrees outside today and the highest my house temp got was 77) it also dehumidified the air making it so much easier to breathe and function. This air conditioner not only pulled through keeping my house a safe temperature. I live in a house that had I not had this air conditioner, would have put me and my five pets in severe danger of dehydration and heat stroke. I was very lucky to receive this free to review (I have already done so weeks ago) and while I liked this product then, I love it now. I live in the Pacific Northwest and a massive heat wave ran through our state badly where most dont have air conditioners.
