Rename the SteamDNLauncher.exe to whatever you like ( CrapLauncher.exe will work xD), and rename the DNLauncher.exe to SteamDNLauncher.exe. The trick to do here is to make Steam think he's launching the SteamDNLauncher when in reality he's launching the normal launcher.
Now, in the Dragon Nest Europe folder you will see two launchers: SteamDNLauncher and DNLauncher. From this folder ( C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Dragon Nest Europe\Dragon Nest, just in case) copy all its contents to the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Dragon Nest Europe, and overwrite if prompted.
